Mozambicans, Zimbabweans Revenge On Xenophobia Attacks

The boarder post between South Africa and Mozambique was closed on Sunday after a mob barricaded the N4 Road near Ressano Garcia targeting tracks with South African Registration numbers.

Reports indicate that the violent option is in revenge for their brothers and sisters who have been ruthlessly murdered in Xenophobic attacks by the South African people and it’s government.

This follows ealier action by Zimbabweans who resorted to burning down all South African registered trucks at Beit Bridge Border.

Beit Bridge Metro Police Spokesperson Senior Superintendent Morgan Mahamba said, about 1,500 people took part, barricading Beit Bridge with rocks near the customs depot.
