MCP Supporters In Ntcheu Take To The Streets

Scores of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) supporters in the central region district of Ntcheu have taken to the streets in peaceful demonstration against the May 21 Presidential results.

The demonstrators are being accompanied by heavily armed as well as unarmed police officers.

Holding placards with written messages and chanting songs, the demonstrators will present a petition at the District Commissioner’s office.
