Anti-Homosexual Demos Thursday

By Lovemore Khomo–LILONGWE

The much anticipated anti-same sex demonstrations are on in all parts of the country tomorrow, Thursday.

Lilongwe Diocese of Catholic Church Archbishop Desmond Tambala has told journalists in the capital city that the demos are part of strengthening the church doctrine that conform with other local traditions.

Tambala adds the marriage is ordained as a man and woman, and nothing more.

He acknowledges the different traditions that exist between members of the church, but when it comes to a marriage they speak one language.

The church explains it will continue to teach about anti-same sex marriage and will publish some topics in books very soon.
