FCB Nyasa Big Bullets to Face Red Arrows in CAF Champions League

The draw for the first preliminary round of the 2024 CAF Champions League took place today at CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have been paired against Red Arrows from Zambia.

The winner of this tie will face TP Mazembe in the second round, a team that eliminated Bullets in the second preliminary round last year with a 5-0 aggregate score. Previously, Bullets had beaten Dragon FC from Equatorial Guinea 3-0 on aggregate to reach the second preliminary round.

The first leg of the match will be played between August 16-18 in Lilongwe, and the second leg will take place between August 23-25 in Lusaka, Zambia. Red Arrows, which features Peter Banda on their squad, will be a formidable opponent for Bullets.

This is a crucial match for Bullets, and they will be looking to make a strong impression in the competition. With the support of their home crowd in the first leg, they will be hoping to secure a positive result before traveling to Zambia for the second leg.
