Lawyer representing Chizuma Powell Nkhutabasa told the court that the head of the graft-busting body is in Blantyre for official duties
Nkhutabasa has further said that Chizuma will be available in court on Thursday next week and has since requested that Chizuma first furnish her legal team with disclosures before she appears before the court.
