Political activist Bon Kalindo, has appealed to junior officers that are working in the Malawi Defense Force (MDF) and Malawi Police Service (MPS) to love their country by not joining the task force to defend Malawi Electoral Commission (Mec) but Malawians.
Kalindo said it is the mandate of the two security institutions to side with Malawians in the same way they did in 2019-2020 thanking General Vincent Nundwe for the good work which did not put the Army to shame as it is today under General Dr. Paul Velentino Phiri.
He said Malawians are all aware that the task force to defend Mec by both the two institutions, Army and Police is comprised of the Chewa high ranking officers to help the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) rig the 16th September, elections.
Speaking through an audio clip, Kalindo has urged all Malawians and junior officers in the army and police to wear the face of the late Dr. Saulosi Chilima to be prepared to die for the liberation of their country- Malawi.
Kalindo said there will be no any other Malawi apart from this one they have today where the police and army has been politicized by the MCP for its bosses to play a bigger role towards rigging the elections to favor President Chakwera who has destroyed the country.
He has assured senior officers of the Army and Police in the Taskforce to defend Mec that going by the courageous Chilima’s words, Malawians are ready to die for their country and will not allow President Chakwera and the MCP to rule again the country.
The activist said Dr. Saulosi Chilima vowed to die for the flag of Malawi saying Malawians will hold hands joining one another to see to it that never again shall the MCP take the country back to one-party state and dictatorship.
“junior Army and Police officers join us in the battle to liberate the country from MCP vote rigging scheme to make President Chakwera winning the election from the backdoor,” said Kalindo.
He has advised all opposition parties that the 16th September, 2025 election game is between MCP and DPP encouraging those that are outside the alliance to join the DPP alliance now as there will be no re-run, DPP alliance is winning straight away.
Kalindo said if the country will hold the worst of the worst elections is this 16th September, 2025 elections advising all Malawians that love their country to mobilize one another that come 16th September, they should vote out President Chakwera and his MCP.
He has appealed to patriotic Malawians to wake up and join forces to liberate the country by themselves without trusting the Army and police to be on their side advising all those are in the MCP vote rigging scheme that God will not allow his people continue suffering in the MCP hands.
