All Flags To Fly At Half Mast – Chakwera

President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has directed that flags should fly at half-mast with immediate effect following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Head of the Commonwealth.

The flags are to fly at half-mast for 10 days as a mark of respect to Her Majesty the Queen.

She died yesterday at the age of 96.
