The slogan for the dialogue, “Nothing for us Without us,” reflects the aim of ensuring that youth perspectives are incorporated into political decision-making.
Participants will be encouraged to submit questions and comments during the event, making their contributions central to discussions with presidential hopefuls.
The initiative also highlights the importance of youth in Malawi’s electorate, noting that their collective engagement could influence the outcome of the upcoming elections.
Organizers hope that the dialogue will challenge perceptions that young people are passive in politics and demonstrate that they are active participants in shaping the country’s future.
