
Speaking at the distribution event held at Chiradzulu Secondary School, LMJ Public Relations Officer Ibrahim Omar highlighted the significance of sharing during the holy month of Ramadan and beyond.
Omar encouraged Muslim brothers and sisters to give generously, citing charity as a fundamental aspect of Islam.

One of the beneficiaries, Freda Chilungo from Kanyenda village, expressed gratitude to LMJ, saying the donation will greatly assist her family which is currently struggling with hunger.

LMJ is targeting to reach 11,000 families with the food packs, which contain 10kg of maize flour, beans, sugar, salt, and soya pieces.
