The Minister of Trade and Industry Vitumbiko Mumba continues winning in protecting ordinary Malawians from exploitation, having uncovered a shocking case of sugar hoarding at Chipiku Plus in Lilongwe’s Game Complex.

The store’s management had been deceiving customers by claiming they were out of stock, while secretly withholding the commodity.
