Kalindo delivers his last political audio clip

By Vincent Gunde

Political activist Bon Kalindo, has delivered his last political audio clip with a strong call to opposition political parties to join hands in sending strong monitors at constituency tally centtres to jealously guard the peoples’ vote from being manipulated by the Malawi Congress Party (MCP).

Kalindo said the 16th September, 2025 election is a do or die for Malawians to either go forward out of the crocodile jaws or the crocodiles to continue eating them just the same as they have travelled in 5 years of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.

He said MCP is well prepared to bribe opposition party monitors promising them with big moneys and even food and this will be to the monitors to decide on whether or not, to sale their country to the same people that have brought to them untold sufferings.

Speaking through an audio clip, Kalindo has warned opposition parties that sending to the centres weak monitors who can be influenced with money, the MCP could easily sail through a straight path to do all of what they can do in the centres.

Kalindo has appealed to monitors that whenever they encounter any problem at the constituency tally centre, they should report to the trusted accredited international organizations such SADC and European Union(EU).

He has also appealed to all those that will cast their votes on the 16th September, 2025 never to go far away but to stay 100 meters away from the polling centre and no one should force them to go to their respective houses as this will be guarding their votes.

“Let’s guard our votes by not going away from the polling centres to leave party monitors alone, we are the eyes of the free and fair elections,” said Kalindo.

He has send a special appeal to Malawi Defense Force (MDF) soldiers and officers from Malawi Police to love their country first reminding them they have suffered under 5 years of President Chakwera and his MCP, money will not buy freedom for their country.

The activist has expressed his deep concern over Mec clerks who were interviewed and trained but yesterday coming to pick up their jobs, they found new faces which have replaced them and they were told to travel to Mangochi where there are spaces to accommodate them.

He has also joined the cries of tobacco farmers whose tobacco bales have not been sold at the Auction Floors and government is promising them that the floors will be opened for them to sale their tobacco bales, advising them to vote on the 16th September, 2025 by choosing the future not with the MCP government.

Kalindo has finally wished all registered voters all the best to choose life or death on the 16th September, 2025 saying it is up to them to make informed decisions reminding them that receiving MCP T-shirts, zitenje’s and K2000s is not liberating the country.
