Bakili Muluzi TV online television station, has urged President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika to continue providing food to Malawians beside other people doing their best through court judges wanting Malawians to go back in the years of President Chakwera and his MCP rule.

Bakili Muluzi TV said the recent Supreme Court of Appeal ruling finding guilty the Reserve Bank of Malawi to compensate Finance Bank which was involved in Money Laundering business 21 years ago, is a clear evidence that court judges wants to kill Malawi.

He said the 5 trillion Kwacha which the court has settled to be paid as compensations to a bank which was stealing in Malawi is speaking for itself that court judges are supporting corruption enterprises in Malawi saying this will be paid by the MCP after winning government in 4040.

The activist has assured Malawi courts corrupt judges that poor Malawians are not ready to pay their taxes to a corrupt Asian businessman who stole from them forcing former President Professor Bingu wa Mutharika- the late to order for the closure of the bank in Malawi in 2005.

He said it is not only in Malawi where the Finance Bank was closed, saying in 2011 the Zambian government closed the Bank in that country after it was discovered that it was dealing in Money Laundering activities.

Bakili Muluzi TV said if the Finance Bank was doing justice to its customers, the two countries Malawi and Zambia could not have time to close the bank’s businesses wondering why only in Malawi the judges have ordered for the bank’s owner to be compensated why this has not happened in Zambia and Tanzania where the bank was also closed of its businesses?

The activist has reminded Malawians that Malawi courts have never been independent and if they are independent why are they practicing selective application of justice, case in point, the poor are the ones who are being sent to prison while the rich and politicians are being allowed to swim outside prisons?

He said History is the best teacher, Henry Masauko Chipembere had his land grabbed by the government of Kamuzu Banda in 1964, property destroyed, he fled to America where he died, his family members have never received compensations from government to this day.

The activist said in the 1970s Albert Muwalo was murdered by the Government of Kamuzu Banda and Yatuta Chisiza in 1967 was killed, his body was thrown into the Shire River to be used as crocodile meat, the families have never received compensations to this day.

“Members of Jehovas Witnesses run away from the Government of Kamuzu Banda, their buildings were demolished, gardens seized, they lived in Zambia and Zimbabwe as refugees, and many died there, court judges are not siding with their families to receive compensations from government,” said BMTV.

He said Orton Edgar Ching’oli Chirwa was abducted from Zambia into Malawi, he was detained and found guilty for the charge of Treason, he died in prison, his family has not received compensations to this day and no court judge is considering that as important.

“Compensating Finance Bank with 5 trillion Malawi Kwacha is nonsense, they have stolen from poor Malawians a lot, corrupt judges are siding with an Asian businessman to kill Malawi,” said BMTV.

And writing a food for thought question on his face book page, Lawyer turned activist Alexious Kamangila, has greeted Malawians that they have been punished by the Judiciary questioning them that are they ready to fight corruption in the Judiciary?
