The former president of Malawi, Peter Mutharika, who is also the leader of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has assured Malawians and his party supporters that they will bounce back into power in 2025.
Mutharika made the remarks after a Memorial Service of his brother, Bingu Wa Mutharika at Goliati ground in Thyolo district.
He said, when that time comes prices of goods shall go down as Malawians are still crying following the rise of price of different commodities including sugar, cooking oil and others.
He thanked Malawians for being there with his family even during their trying moments.“`
