Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) National Director of Youth Norman Paulosi Chisale, has advised DPP supporters not to be shaken by his arrests and frequent visiting the courts assuring them that justice will prevail in the cases he is answering in courts.
Chisale said he is not afraid and not intimidated claiming that the MCP is busy piling up charges against him in what he called they are fearing him saying the court has given him chance of bringing own witnesses to testify for justice to prevail.
He said what he is more interested in the case that there is an allegation that he gave out something saying he wants that something to be known to each and every Malawian including children so that all Malawians are aware of exactly what he gave out in a pursuit for justice.
Speaking outside the court on Monday after the High Court in Lilongwe found him with a case to answer for using Pintius Hiwa’s Junior Certificate of Educations (JCE) to secure employment with the Malawi Defense Force (MDF) formerly Malawi Army in 1996 Chisale urged DPP supporters not to fear, they have come from far and victory is on their side come 16th September, 2025 elections.
Chisale thanked DPP supporters for coming in their large numbers to give support to him saying his case has now entered defense, he will be communicating to them on the dates set by the court and this will not be in one day, the battle is still on when the court will sit down to examine what his witnesses have testified and what they have for judgement.
“I am not living in fear, I fear not, what is important is let’s respects each other, do your own things there, and leave us do our own things here,” he said.
Monday, 27th January, 2025 was a busy day for Norman Chisale when he was answering to three cases, two at the High Court of Malawi and one at the Lilongwe Magistrate court proving to the world that Chisale has many cases in courts.
Judge Madalitso Khoswe Chimwaza said the evidence which was tendered in court proved beyond doubts that the accused (Nornan Paulosi Chisale) to enter defense saying he has the right to either call for two witnesses, speak for himself or remain silent.
