President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is this morning expected to hold bilateral discussions with the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement said President Chakwera upon arrival in Dubai for his connecting flight to Malawi was invited by the Government of the United Arab Emirates to a bilateral meeting which commences today.
The development means that Dr Chakwera returns home on Tuesday, 4 October 2022 and not today as earlier announced.
