Paramount Holdings Limited has donated 900 packs of assorted items worth K25 Million to aid people affected in various ways by Cyclone Freddy in the southern region.
Speaking to Malawi freedom Network online Paramount Holdings limited representative Chimwemwe said as the company we are equally concerned with the challenges the survivors are facing in one way or the other to assist those suffering in the affected areas.
Chimwemwe described the aftermath of cyclone Freddy as a national disaster as the responsible business, they were concerned with loss of lives and devastation and damage caused to both public and private property.
the donation is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility and that they will continue complementing government efforts in alleviating suffering and pain among the survivors
