Malawi women’s football star Temwa Chawinga is back in the country for offseason break after a good season with Kansas City Current in United States of America.
Temwa was accorded a heroes welcome at Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe on Wednesday.
Her parents and several football fans welcomed her at the Airport.
Temwa smashed several records in the USA including winning the Golden Boot award with astonishing 20 goals- the first female player to achieve that in a single regular season.
