Former World Boxing Forum (WBF) welterweight champion Agness Mtimaukanena is making her long-awaited return to the ring after a year-long absence. She is set to face Tanzania’s Leila Yusuph Macho tomorrow, December 26, at the Super Dome Arena in Dar es Salaam.
The two fighters will clash in a six-round non-title super middleweight contest, marking Mtimaukanena’s first fight since April 2023. Her last bout saw her defeat Lucy Macho on unanimous points at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences.
