It has been known to all CCAP Christians that MCP has bribed and corrupted the Secretary General and other leaders of Nkhoma Synod.
They have put a rule in many churches that no Reverend must entertain or welcome any opposition candidate to their churches, period.
MCP has convinced the SG and his followers to make sure no opposition candidate must be coming to any of the CCAP churches that are under Nkhoma Synod.
It is very sad that this is coming from the SG himself.
It is so embarrassing in the eyes of God.
This is causing a lot of questions among CCAP Christians themselves.
Now the question is:
- Does the Synod know that their Christians are also suffering?
- Does the Synod know that their Christians are sleeping without eating because they can’t afford a bag of maize, which is now at K120,000?
- They can’t afford to buy tomatoes, they can’t buy bread, they can’t buy a 2-liter bottle of cooking oil, they can’t afford to buy NIMA, they can’t afford to live their lives normally, and they are eating chitedze.
- Does the Synod really need their Christians to suffer another five years of persecution?
- Does the Synod and its leaders really serve God, or does the Synod serve MCP just because the Synod is in the center where MCP claims it is from?
- Does the Synod know that this government is the worst government ever?
- How much did the SG get from the corrupt government coffers?
- Has the Synod asked its members in all the CCAP churches if they are living a better life?
- Does the Synod provide medicines to its members in hospitals?
- Does the Synod provide food to those suffering under this government?
- Can the Synod come out in the open and point out just two things—only two—that their Christians are happy with under this government and two things that will make them vote for this government?
- Why then are you summoning those Reverends who welcome someone from the opposition?
- He actually came of his own will, he was not even invited.
- Are you sure, Mr. SG, that you can stoop this low in the eyes of God? Really?
- Do you know what God does to people who serve two masters at once?
- Do you know the consequence of being a lukewarm sinner?
- Do you know that God is watching you, big time?
- Are you ready to answer in the presence of God after intimidating those men of God who are simply working to serve Him?
- What are you going to say in the eyes of God after being used by politicians who are oppressing the poor, stealing from the poor, and many of whom are CCAP members?
- Are you ready to answer to God?
- What precedent are you trying to leave here?
- Mr. SG, please read the book of Proverbs 28:2-26.
- Then, it’s either you continue with what you are doing, but know that at the end of everything, God will surely judge you.
- Do you really pray and stand for the poor, the speechless, and the people of God?
There are so many questions that are difficult to answer or have no answers.
Does the church belong to you or God?
Lastly, be aware that God is the greatest, and He will never let His people suffer for long in the hands of the oppressor—never.
He will always send someone to rescue the nation of Malawi.
Nkhoma Synod, please stay away from politicians and stand with the people.
