Moderator for the CCAP Synod of Livingstonia, Reverend Jairos Kamisa has urged UTM President Dr. Dalitso Kabambe to let the Word of God be his guide in leadership.
UTM leaders, are at the forefront of advocating for the Third Revolution–Economic Transformation, embraces the message, recognizing the need for moral strength and guidance as they push for a better Malawi.
“I give you this Bible to be your guide. Leadership requires wisdom from above, and make sure you don’t divert from its direction,” Reverend Kamisa said as he handed over the sacred book to him during a brief a meeting the two had yesterday evening in Mzuzu.
The gesture underscores the importance of faith, integrity, and divine wisdom in leadership. This act reinforces the church’s role in shaping ethical leadership and national progress.
Dr. Kabambe was not the only recipient of this symbolic gift, also presented with Bibles were; Willet Karonga – Secretary General of UTM, Catherine Mzumara – UTM Vice President for the North, Felix Njawala, National Publicity Secretary of the party, as well as Olipa Muyaba, the party’s Treasurer General.
