Independent presidential candidate Cosmas Felix Chipojola has officially presented his nomination papers to the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC).
The presentation took place as part of the scheduled nomination process for candidates contesting in the September 16th General Election.
Chipojola’s submission signifies his formal entry into the presidential race as an independent contender.
By filing his nomination, he has taken a crucial step toward appearing on the ballot alongside other aspirants.
The Malawi Electoral Commission, led by Chairperson Honourable Justice Annabel Mtalimanja, received the documents in accordance with electoral guidelines.
