The Ministry of Homeland Security is set to hold a press conference on Friday, January 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Homeland Security Conference Room, Capital Hill.
The briefing will be led by Minister of Homeland Security, Hon. Peter Mukhito, alongside Deputy Minister Hon. Norman Chisale, M.P. The two are expected to update the media on recent interventions undertaken by the ministry to address homeland security matters.
Journalists and stakeholders are anticipated to attend the briefing, which is expected to provide clarity on key security developments and government response measures.
