A Malawi Congress Party ( MCP) diehard of Mvera in Dowa district Mr. Rodgers Kamphangala, has pleaded with Judge Kenyatta Kenyatta Nyirenda to revoke bail for suspected MCP panga wielding thugs who are enjoying his bail ruling condition that they must not be arrested by Malawi Police Service (MPS).
Judge Kenyatta Nyirenda granted MCP thugs bail with a condition not to be rearrested, the ruling was greeted by anger from Malawians labelling the court as corrupt, rotten and compromise.
Despite overwhelming evidence that these MCP panga wielding thugs were terrorizing and hacking innocent people in Lilongwe and surrounding places, Judge Kenyatta Nyirenda saw it otherwise, but to grant them bail ordering the police not to rearrest them.
MCP thugs beside being on court bail, they have assaulted at least four people suspected to be DPP informat for the police to be arresting them.
Those who have been assaulted in pool of blood have reported the incident to Area 3 police station in Lilongwe that they were driven to Biwi location’s Cemetery where they were hacked with pangas and other offensive weapons.
Two of those who were assaulted have identified the ringleaders in the names of Eric Phakamisa, Munlo Makina, Gift Ngongonda, Corby, Gregory, and their friends.
The victims have claimed that these MCP panga wielding thugs are using different vehicles owned by City Marshall, Gift Ngongonda and Davie Malamula to be hacking those suspected to be against them for the police to come in and arresting them.
The victims have reported that during the hackings, the thugs have confiscated their mobile phones and undisclosed amount of cash describing this development as a threat to their lives happening after the change of government from MCP to DPP.
Kamphangala said Justice Kenyatta Nyirenda is the happiest man to see that these MCP panga wielding thugs are continuing hacking and terrorizing innocent people basing on his ruling that the police must not rearrest them describing his ruling as the worst in the century of Justice.
He said Justice Kenyatta Nyirenda will go down in the country’s history as the worst judge and one who is not wishing the country well saying it would have been better that these MCP panga wielding thugs hacked him, his children and relatives.
The MCP diehard has asked Justice Kenyatta Nyirenda that how he is feeling in his heart hearing stories that suspects he ordered the police not to be rearrested are causing havoc hiding under his protection?
