Suleman Chitera Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has welcomed a history of Malawi football book authored by United Kingdom based Mario Antione. The book which is set to be launched on Tuesday next week is the only comprehensive book to date that has documented the country’s football history from pre-colonial period to post independence period. FAM president Walter Nyamilandu applauded Antione for the book, saying it will help preserve history of the sport for future generations.
