Partners in Health has donated relief items to Cyclone Freddy survivors at Mitondo and Mpama camps in Chikwawa.

Speaking to MBC, PIH’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr Chembekezo Kachimanga, said the packages donated are made up of a blanket, beans, maize flour and cooking oil.

Speaking after receiving the humanitarian aid, Council Chairperson for the district, Khofat Malunga, commended the organisation for the support and called on other well-wishers to extend their support to hard-to-reach areas
