MCP Government Has Failed Malawians: Time to Act

By Comrade jumbe

A government that fails to feed its people is like a shepherd who abandons his flock in the wilderness.

Today, as i write this, a bag of maize is selling at a staggering 100,000 MWK—a price too heavy for the common Malawian. Is this the Malawi we were promised?

No wonder President Chakwera has abandoned his “Canaan” slogan—have you heard him mention it lately even in his Sona?

A leader who forgets his promises is like a farmer who neglects his fields; hunger is inevitable.

Malawians, we must wake up! A nation that suffers in silence digs its own grave. Let us act together, for the future of our country depends on our courage. Fear should not hold us back—when the pot boils over, it is the cook’s fault, not the fire’s.

My pen is mightier than a sword
