Political activist Bon Kalindo, says the opinion poll which was conducted by Malawi 24 online publication that former President and DPP leader Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika is poised to win the 16th September, 2025 elections, is a wake-up call to the MCP and President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera that Malawians have no trust in them.
Kalindo said 400 readers following Malawi 24 were sampled out on the opinion poll which saw Professor Mutharika getting 62 percent, Dr. Dalitso Kabambe 23 percent and President Chakwera 10 percent speaking for itself that Mutharika’s proven leadership is coming in September, 2025 elections.
He said the percentages itself is a danger warning sign to the MCP that if Mec and Smartmatic machine will declare President Chakwera the winner in the September, elections, Malawians will not accept the results of the elections.
Speaking through an audio clip, Kalindo said Malawians are all aware of MEC’s plan of assurance that it will not use the Smartmatic machine while already voted votes will find their way into Malawi from Mozambique for Chakwera to bounce back into government.
Kalindo has appealed to two MCP candidates in Nkhotakota and Dedza who are frustrated with the party’s primary elections favoring pocket candidates not to lose heart but to stand independence, the people will vote and declare them the rightful winners.
He has advised Malawians to open their eyes that their leaders are stealing from them without shame claiming that a certain cabinet minister he did not disclose his name took 400,000 US Dollars from the Reserve Bank of Malawi to sell to the Indians at a higher profit.
The activist has claimed that if the Indians are buying forex at a higher percentage from government ministers them also wants to make profit clearly speaking for itself that the MCP Is hiding forex in the houses of Ministers and senior government officials.
“MCP government must stop abusing the Indians for hiding forex while forex itself is in their houses and at the State Residences,” said Kalindo.
He has warned tobacco farmers that with the country’s no forex, it is better for them to sell their tobacco outside the country but insisting selling it at the Auction Floors as they are used every year, it will be a disaster for them.
Kalindo has urged Catholic faithful to pray for the life of the Pope and those who died in a tragic plane crash at Chikangawa forest on Monday 10th June, 2024 claiming the lives of Dr. Saulosi Chilima and eight others.
He has finally urged patriotic Malawians to join him in his prophecy that God is revealing Himself to mankind-the Malawians that something is going to happen in Malawi soon or later saying God is not happy with President Chakwera for taking his citizens as slaves in their own country.
