Political activist Bon Kalindo has expressed his deep concern over MCP media team for reducing State House honor to a just an ordinary house claiming that it has happened for the first time in the country’s history for a drone taking pictures of State House over and inside the House.
Kalindo said there have been presidents before Dr. Lazarus Chakwera who have respected the State House as a house of honor and nobody saw pictures of how State House looks like but Malawians have seen it under the leadership of President Chakwera.
He said it is not surprising that the State House is being reduced to an ordinary house claiming that various groups of people were being invited by President Chakwera to dine with him and in the end pocket K50,000s each as transport refunds while government was hiring lorries to ferry them to State House.
Speaking through an audio clip, Kalindo said pictures that are in circulation in various media outlets in the country are showing President Chakwera proudly telling Malawians that “Game iyi ndi wadya mtoliro,” as he was going for a campaign whistle-stops tour in Lilongwe.
Kalindo has described video filming pictures of the President Inside the State House as a security threat of President Chakwera saying even in the United States of America (USA) this is totally unacceptable.as it will be exposing security lapse of the president.
“For President Chakwera, he is happy to be video-filmed inside the State House but he should know that this is a security threat to him,” he said.
The activist has expressed a surprise over the remarks President Chakwera is promising people that he will reduce the prices of fertilizers questioning him which fertilizers will its prices to be reduced after failing to sale a bag of fertilizer at K4,000 plus
He said the price of fertilizers have reached K170,000 per bag wondering at what price will President Chakwera prefer best for the poor people in Malawi to afford buying reminding Malawians that the country has a mafia government run by crooks.
The activist has alleged that the fertilizers which its cost was K15,000 per bag last year was kept and it will be used as a campaign tool this year, it is being repacked into new empty bags and its price will be between K70 to K80,000.
Kalindo has informed the MCP that the one who they escorted to an early grave has risen from the dead and has come with pomp at 96 percent support and this 96 percent can in no way been changed assuring the MCP that if these elections are stolen, 96 percent of the people will go to the streets protesting the results.
He has finally wished Prophetess Mary Bushiri a Happy Birthday describing her as a selfless woman who loves all advising her to continue giving hope and inspiration to all girls in the country through her charitable work.
