Blantyre, Malawi – The 2025 National Hadith Recitation Competition has been hailed as a great success, with participants showing exceptional preparation and skill compared to previous years.
Chief Judge Sheikh Swaleh Chilundu praised the high level of readiness among the contestants, noting that it contributed to outstanding performances and higher scores across the board.
“The preparedness of the competitors this year was far better than last year, and this helped many achieve excellent results. Those who did not perform well should not lose hope but begin preparing early for next year’s competition,” Sheikh Chilundu advised.
The prestigious event was organized by the Muhammad VI Foundation of African Ulama, with its chairperson Sheikh Bakir Duncan emphasizing that correct pronunciation and articulation are key elements in evaluating contestants.
