Mangochi District Health Office has launched the third phase of the Polio Vaccination Campaign expected to be administered from the 11th to 14th of August across the district.
In the campaign, Mangochi District Hospital is expected to reach out to not less than 200 hundred thousand children, with a special focus on hard-to-reach areas bordering neighbouring Mozambique.

Speaking at Chapalamawamba School Ground in the area of Sub Traditional Mapira, District Environmental Health Officer, Dr Kondwani Mamba, called on community leaders to help in mobilising people to have their children vaccinated for the campaign to be a success.
