Business entrepreneur Kondwani Kachamba Ngwira, has warned Malawians that if the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) wins the 16th September, 2025 elections, Malawians should expect to see double fuel price increases, devaluations and arrests of opposition leaders on political charges.
Ngwira says the MCP have no idea on how to fix the country saying as such, the country and citizens need Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, he has capacity and numbers warning Malawians that if the elections go against the will of Malawians, they should expect another 5 years of disaster.
He says the United Transformation Movement (UTM) is a very good party but don’t have numbers beside having a strong capacity to lead the country but to change government as many Malawians are wishing, numbers are very very important.
“It is not time for try and error, Malawi is sinking, this is not time for playing, it is time to fix Malawi, zangovuta za alliance, but I wish this was possible,” reads Kachamba Ngwira’s writings on the wall.
Political activist Bon Kalindo has from time to time been reminding opposition party leaders to unite for one grand alliance to oust President Chakwera and his MCP from power, but this has not been possible, all wants to be President of the country.
Kalindo alleged that there are some opposition party leaders who are receiving millions of Kwachas from the MCP to frustrate the opposition alliance so that they don’t unite saying it is very sad that some opposition party leaders have chosen the path of going alone to divide DPP votes.
He said Malawians have seen for themselves who of the opposition party leader is for them claiming that some are being sent to pose as opposition while they are for MCP and if the MCP wins the elections, they will unite with the MCP.
The activist has asked MBC “Timvetse programme” presenters and MCP Media Team that have they seen Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika’s body risen from the dead and what will they now tell Malawians about APM?
He said for long, MCP supporters have been praying very hard for Mutharika’s early grave for President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera to run on the 16th September, 2025 elections without a strong competitor but with APM proving to Malawians that he is alive, MCP will go back to the drawing board.
“Should Professor Mutharika continue with his countrywide campaign tour or he should go back to Page House in Mangochi? Kalindo has asked this question to MBC and MCP Media Team.
He said if Dr. Dalitso Kabambe, Dr. Kondwani Nankhumwa, Atupele Muluzi, Dr. Joyce Banda and Dr. Michael Usi were united for one grand opposition alliance, with the rising from the dead of Professor Mutharika, MCP would have been escorted to the grave before 16th September, 2025 elections.
