Mutharika’s Stepson Case Committed To Mzuzu High Court Charged With Murder

The Lilongwe Chief Resident Magistrate Madalitso Chimwaza has committed the human trafficking case involving Mutharika’s stepson Tadikira and five others to High Court in Mzuzu.

According to Chimwaza, this has been done with a sole reason that the cases were committed in Mzuzu.

Meanwhile, according to the court, Tadikira and the other five accomplies have been charged with murder and human trafficking.

The Magistrate has also directed the accused to apply for bail at the same court.
