The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has summoned former UDF President and former Minister of Lands and Housing Atupele Muluzi to appear before the Bureau's office tommorow Thursday at City Centre, in Lilongwe for questioning in relation to the allocation of the plot Numbers Bwaila 13/127 and 13/128.
