Malawi National Football team the Flames have been booted out of the CHAN competition after a goalless draw in Mozambique in a return leg today.
Mozambique are through to the competition’s final phase with an away golden goal they scored at Bingu National Stadium during the first leg last weekend.

Flames have never qualified for the final stage of the competition since 2009.
This is Mozambique’s second qualification to the final phase stage.
