Lowe and MCP flouted the procedures of buying AIP fertilizer
In dramatic twist of events, the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority PPDA has said it does not have any file for procurement of fertilizer under Affordable Inputs Program AIP.

This comes as reports shows that government paid 30 billion kwacha to a firm in United Kingdom which has reportedly duped Malawi of the money.
Edington Chilapondwa Director General for PPDA said fertilizer purchase falls under public procument because it is from national budget hence the need for PPDA’s involvement.
