Ombudsman Grace Malera says she has not received any communication notifying her office of the NOCMA Board’s decision to fire Hellen Buluma.
Malera said she is not aware of Buluma’s firing, “my office has not received the letter”.
Malera has also told us that Buluma’s resignation does not respond to her determination since the determination was never directed to her but the Board of NOCMA.

Earlier, Buluma also told us that she hasn’t received the letter from NOCMA’s Board Chairperson Colleen Zamba which is terminating her employment.
Buluma resigned on 14th November 2022 and the Board Chairperson Colleen Zamba fired her on 15th November 2022.
