Bright Moya Kamoto has made a compelling appeal on his Facebook page, urging members of the United Transformation Movement (UTM) to allocate funds for a student’s school fees. His message, directed at the party, underscores the importance of investing in education as a way to honor the late SKC (Saulosi Kachere Chiwambo).
In his post, Kamoto emphasizes that financial support for students is crucial and calls on UTM to ensure that educational expenses are covered. He writes, “When you are making the budget for the party, please also include funds for this student. Don’t just make promises but actually pay the school fees for the love of SKC.”
Kamoto describes a photograph related to this effort as “worthy millions,” urging his followers to view it with a clear perspective and appreciate its significance. He contrasts this with the tendency of some to focus on trivial matters instead of addressing substantial issues like supporting education.
He continues, “When this child grows up and looks at this photo, knowing they completed school thanks to your support, it will be a remarkable achievement. This is a meaningful way to honor SKC, as faith without works is meaningless.”
Kamoto’s post reflects a broader call to action, encouraging political leaders and community members alike to prioritize educational support and make a tangible difference in the lives of students. His appeal is both a reminder of the impact of collective efforts and a challenge to rise above mere rhetoric to effect real change.
