In a bid to enhance accessibility to quality retail services, Max Sana has described the opening of a new shop in Area 43 as a clear demonstration of the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Speaking in an interview, Branch Manager Delings Msukwa expressed optimism that the new outlet would greatly benefit residents of Area 30, Area 43, Area 18, Kanengo, and Area 25.
According to Msukwa, the establishment of the shop will help customers save money and time, as they will no longer have to travel long distances to access retail goods at wholesale prices.
“In this area, there was no big supermarket, and by opening this shop, we have brought goods closer to the people,” said Msukwa.
He added, “We will continue to innovate and be creative to ensure customer satisfaction.”
Msukwa further highlighted the company’s rapid expansion, emphasizing that the new shop is designed to meet diverse customer needs.
“We are growing, and we are growing very fast,” he stated.
He explained that the new shop has various departments aimed at catering to different customer demands.
“This new shop has all the departments that will suit our customers,” he said.
“We have sections such as dairy, confectionery, butchery, fresh produce, regular produce, and household appliances,” he added.
John Banda, a resident of Area 18, commended Max Sana for its decision to establish a branch in the area.
He stated that the move will significantly improve convenience for shoppers.
The new shop is located opposite Chibuku Products Limited.
It has already created approximately 40 job opportunities.
It also offers a wide range of both local and international products.
