An online television station- Bakili Muluzi TV, has urged patriotic registered voters in Malawi to mobilize one another during this campaign period so that on the 16th September, 2025 they vote for experience not experiment leaders.
Bakili Muluzi TV has claimed that from June, 2020 to this day, the country has witnessed a leader running the country through experiments saying he don’t know what he is there for and as such his leadership has failed the country.
He said the recent World Bank report that Malawi is poor in the 5 years of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera cannot be disputed observing that President Chakwera is being seen distributing K50,000s free for all money in a country where majority are sleeping with empty stomachs.
The activist has claimed that Malawi has from 2020 been driven by an inexperienced driver who does nothing in government and don’t know what it is to be in government observing that Malawians are sailing through pain and sufferings four times more than they were in the DPP regime.
He said for the previous years of campaign, the MCP has been using the name of Kamuzu Banda but in this 2025 elections, they have nothing to promise the people that it will do after being re-elected into government.
Bakili Muluzi TV said MCP is quiet on a bag of fertilizer price which is K140,000 taking Malawians for granted but instead, they are busy insulting and castigating Professor Mutharika for failing Malawians forgetting that they are in the government of the day.
He has reminded Malawians that at the time the country was in the hands of an experienced leader, a bag of maize was K7,000 and today K100,000 advising Malawians not to waste time that Boma ndilomweli silikuchoka can develop the country.
The activist said if Malawi was being run by an experienced leader, he would have used the K50,000s he is distributing to ADMARC markets to have maize which Malawians can go and buy at affordable prices but because the country has an inexperienced leader, K50,000 is for buying votes.
“How many people are benefiting from the K50,000s free for all money and what can they buy as all essential commodities price have gone up and beyond the reach of the poor,” said Bakili Muluzi TV.
He said it is sad that from June, 2020 the country had people who were seen championing for a corrupt –free nation by promising to end corruption in the country claiming that today, they are the ones sharing the K50,000s at the State House.
The activist has lamented that the HRDC and Public Affairs Committee (PAC) which stood for the people in the past are being seen standing together with the government that is bringing in untold sufferings to the citizens of Malawi.
And on a special note, Bakili Muluzi TV has advised the country’s Vice President Dr. Michael Usi that while he is being seen splashing free for all money in markets, he should not forget that his people at Golden village in Mulanje district including his brother – Bizwick, are also in need of this money.
Bakili Muluzi TV has also advised Dr. Usi that the position of Vice President should not make him forget his brother Bizwick, he should always be reminded that he is not there for life and to remember that home is sweet than his position.
