Netball fans are in for a thrilling finale as familiar foes, Blue Eagles Sisters and Civonets, prepare to face off in the grand finale of the Nico One Central Region Top 12 Tournament, which wraps up today.
In the semifinals held yesterday, Blue Eagles Sisters outclassed Young Eagles with a dominant 50-41 win, booking their place in the final with style and determination. On the other hand, Civonets fought tooth and nail in a nail-biting contest, narrowly edging MDF Lioness 55-50 in a match that kept fans on the edge of their seats.
With K1 million up for grabs and a spot in the national level tournament on the line for the top three, all eyes are now on the highly anticipated final — a rematch of familiar rivals who have a history of fierce battles in previous finals.
