He said it took the initiative of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera to pardon Uladi Mussa not knowing that tomorrow with the change of government from MCP to DPP, he would land into the same prison.
” If the country has laws and all people are under the law, let MCP President be arrested and prosecuted in a court of law,” said Bakili Muluzi TV.

He said there are many cases warranting former president and MCP leader Dr. Lazarus Chakwera to be arrested , one is this one of issuing Malawi Diplomatic passport to a Nigerian business tycoon.
The Activist said the Nigerian business tycoon spent only hours in Malawi and he was issued with a Diplomatic passport with thanks to President Chakwera’s directive to issue him with the passport for the reasons best explained by Chakwera himself.
He said if Brigadier Charles Kalumo is to be arrested and be prosecuted in a court of law, this will be the time for Chakwera to be arrested and prosecuted too.

Bakili Muluzi TV has also appealed to Members of Parliament (MPs) not to take funeral services as campaign podiums for fulfilling promises of buying coffins to the dead persons.
He has noted with a great concern that most MPs have forgotten that the people elected them to serve their constituents in better roads infrastructures, employment, etc and not buying coffins to dead bodies so that they should be praised for servant leadership.
