Seasoned journalist turn social commentator Bashir Al Bashir writing on his Facebook page, says if it wasn’t for alliance, Dr. Saulosi Chilima would have been alive today claiming that it was a terrible mistake entering into an alliance with a bloody group.

Kaliza Banda recalled that during a rally in Dowa, President Chakwera confirmed to all loving MCP that if the MCP elective convention elects him to stand for the party for the 16th September, 2025 elections, he will accept the offer.
She said President Chakwera made the statement while Dr. Saulosi Chilima was there speaking for itself that Dr. Chilima was banking his hope of becoming the next president of Malawi as per the Alliance agreement not knowing that the MCP had a plan B of eliminating his life.FDH Bank dominates Bankers’ Sports Day
The citizen said there were many calls going to Dr. Chilima to come out from the Alliance with the MCP on the claims that MCP has the history of killing innocent people, but Dr. Chilima closed his ears hoping that the MCP under President Chakwera was a transformed born – again party.
She said Bon Kalindo in many of his audio clips, pleaded with Dr. Chilima to end his marriage with the MCP in time informing him that there were alleged plans of killing him, but he did not listen.

Rumours of the Breaking News became the fastest selling on the day at free for all price, four hours after, President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera informed the nation of the missing aircraft bringing the country to a standstill.
In his announcement, President Chakwera said he has informed countries such as Israel and USA on the missing plane, he forgot to contact neighbouring countries such as Zamba, Mozambique, Tanzania and South Africa to send their speed jets to assist in rescuing Dr. Chilima and others, who boarded the plane.

Kaliza Banda said even though there have been three investigations on circumstances surrounding the tragic death of Dr. Saulosi Chilima and eight others, in the Chikangawa forest, Malawians have the answers in their hearts of the plane crash incident.
