Suleman Chitera About 50 Lhomwe chiefs from Phalombe, Chiradzulu and Thyolo against the selection of Senior chief Kaduya as their Paramount chief are gathered at ‘Mwala osema’-Ngolongoliwa headquarters refreshing their stand.
Senior Group Village Headman Juma, has started by alleging that the selection of Paramount chief Kaduya was influenced by ‘the party’, adding that the Lhomwes follow a well-structured lineage and culture when selecting chiefs, nothing else.
GVH Juma further alleges that the Mulhakho wa Alhomwe secretariat overstepped the mandate of chiefs in selecting the rightful Paramount chief for the belt.
Senior chief Nkhulambe, TA Ngolongoliwa and TA Ndalama are in attendance.
