Let the ministers be present in the house and respond to our questions
The DPP Vice President for the South, Honourable Joseph Mwanamvekha has expressed worries over failure by many ministers to attend the proceedings since the opening of the 5th meeting of the National Assembly in this 50th session of Parliament.
This comes after noting that the Minister of Agriculture Sam Kawale is not in the house to respond to questions from members and has delegated Richard Chimwendo to represent him.
