Veteran freedom fighter and activist Kamlepo Kalua, has warned the DPP to be careful enough of partners joining the alliance claiming that some of these intruders have ill- motives of pretending to be DPP while they are planning to kill Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika.
Kalua has claimed that the DPP is poised to win the 16th September, 2025 elections but it should be careful with so many intruders coming to join it, saying not all that are joining the alliance are for the good of the alliance.
He has proposed to the DPP to have a manifesto which will not promise too much but reality as on the ground that pensioners that have struggled to receive their money and some have died without accessing their money, will be the first ones to be served soon after getting into government.
Speaking through an audio clip, Kalua has also proposed in DPP manifesto that people who are renting in Malawi Housing Corporation (MHC) houses be paying reasonable rentals per month, and maize to be readily available in all markets and at affordable prices.
Kalua said as the writings are on the wall in Malawi, God has already chosen Professor Mutharika to lead Malawi from the 16th September,2025 advising him not to be busy with his enemies but running the country by uniting all tribes as one Malawi.
He has appealed to Justice Annabel Mtalimanja and Mr. Andrew Mpesi to conduct free and fair elections assuring them that Malawians knows the towers where the MCP is planning to rig the elections saying it is the wish of each and every Malawian to see that the elections results reflects the truth as on the ground.
The veteran freedom fighter has sent a special appeal to security forces to man the 16th September, 2025 elections to make sure that the elections are being conducted in a peaceful manner for all Malawians to give glory to God and let God be God.
He said opposition parties are monitoring everything of what is happening in the country’s borders in Mchinji, Dedza, Songwe, Mulanje, Mangochi, Nsanje claiming that there are some people who are allegedly crossing with huge money in cartons to be hidden outside the country.
“Already people who are distributing handouts are not arrested, we know all this, they are above the Republican Constitution, the law of giving handouts is only working to opposition parties,” said Kalua.
He has urged opposition party leaders to join in the quest of liberating the country from MCP dictatorship and one-party state assuring them that if the elections go oppositely according to Gods plan, the whole country will be on fire.
The activist has finally prayed to God to give Professor Mutharika a happy life so that all those that are wishing him an early grave should witness for themselves that God protect, God cares, God love everyone including the sinners.
