REASONS:
1-She broke oath of office which is also oath of secrecy through her leaked audio in January this year.
2-Incompetence; she depends on social media and political influence to discharge her duties. This shows that the ACB lacks stamina to investigate issues of national interest on its own.
3-Unfairness and dishonesty: It is alleged that she pockets K750 000 house allowance while she is lodging at one of the presidential villas for free, an allegation she failed to clear when we asked her to do so..
*The DG also hired Counsel Mordecai Msiska as her personal private lawyer in her personal defense case in Mzuzu. The same Counsel Msiska allegedly happened to be the corporate private lawyer for ACB. She failed to explain to us as to how ACB procured the services of Counsel Msiska and as to how we must believe there’s no abuse of office and conflict of personal interest.
4- Sister Chizuma, in her leaked audio alleges that judges in Malawi are corrupt yet she will always go to the same judges to prosecute corrupt suspects. She has not yet made any explanation or apology to the nation and the judges in particular. We believe it will be difficult for us as a nation to successfully prosecute and convict corruption suspects in local courts under Martha Chizuma against this background… Yea, we are closing the office to save taxpayers money.
