Peaceful Protests Today In Lilongwe Demand Chakwera To Step Down

The Lilongwe High Court has given a nod to Redson Munlo to lead peaceful demonstrations in Lilongwe today, but it has restrained Kingsley Mpaso and Human Rights Ambassadors (HRA) from participating in the planned demonstrations.

Initially, HRA organised the demonstrations calling for President Lazarus Chakwera to call for a referendum or that him and Vice President Saulos Chilima resign.
