The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has advised newly appointed Flames coach Kalisto Pasuwa to consider local coaches for his backroom staff.
Following FAM’s quarterly meeting in Mzuzu, it’s been recommended that Pasuwa work with a team of local coaches, including FCB Nyasa Big Bullets mentor Peter Mponda as first assistant coach and Moyale Barracks Sports head coach Pritchard Mwansa as second assistant coach. Additionally, Silver’s coach Peter Mgangira will continue as the physical fitness trainer, and James Chilapondwa will remain as the team manager. Pasuwa has been offered a two-year contract, although details on targets and perks have yet to be discussed.
