WOMAN CAUGHT SMUGGLING SIMCARDS INTO ZOMBA CENTRAL PRISON

Share the story

She went as a visitor and brought soap for the inmate but inside the bar of soap she hid a simcard

This comes days after an inmate at the same facility attempted to smuggle two phones he had inserted into his abdomen through the anus

Inmates in the country’s prison use various tricks through the phones in order to steal from the unsuspecting public

They often pose as vehicle agents on social media and post random vehicles with cheapest prices than normal and when they spot a client they often mention far away areas from the countries cities such as Mulanje, Phalombe, Chitipa, Karonga e.t.c and they demand fuel money in order for them to bring the vehicles to the potential buyers location.
