Police in Karonga have rescued a 21-year-old man, Waziona Mwangomba, from an angry mob.
According to Public Relations Officer for Karonga Police, George Mulewa, Mwangomba is being suspected of having a hand in the stealing of a motorbike in the district.

Mulewa has since urged people in the district to desist from taking the law into their own hands when there are disagreements.
